You can invoke these new options by going to Start > Run and type cleanmgr /sagerun:01

Disk Cleanup will run with the options you selected on all drives.

If the utility runs as it should with the options you selected, you can create a Shortcut on the desktop so that you don't have to use the Run command every time you want to run the tool using the Sagerun switch.  Right-click an empty space on the desktop and select New > Shortcut to bring up the Shortcut Wizard.  Browze to \Windows\System32\ and scroll down to Cleanmgr.exe and select it.  Then place your cursor in the textbox, left-click, and add the Sagerun switch (don't forget the space before the forward slash).  Click Next.
